Parents' Association present a FREE GUEST SPEAKER EVENT
at 8.oopm, School Hall with Guest Speaker, Nuala Harmey
Holy Family Parents’ Association are pleased to announce that there will be a free talk in the school hall, open to all parents/guardians with children attending both the junior or senior school. Our guest speaker, Nuala Harmey worked for many years in the Children’s University Hospital, Temple Street as a Medical Social Worker with special interest in children’s bereavement. She developed the bereavement service in the hospital and was engaged in staff training around the topic. She now provides a family support service to Kildare/West Wicklow Palliative Care services in St Brigid’s Hospice with a special focus on families. She also teaches the Irish Hospice Foundation’s certificate course “Children and Loss” - and has trained in USA at the Dougy Institute .
